Year 5 girls welcomed their parents to Spencer House this morning to watch them perform contemporary drama scenes.
At the start of term the girls were tasked with selecting a scene from a contemporary play. They have worked together in small groups over the past few weeks to rehearse and prepare for today's performances.
The audience were delighted with the confidence, energy and creativity of the scenes and the hall was filled with plenty of laughter. There were a whole range of characters in the sketches from fish in a bowl to guests at a wedding and even a first ski lesson!
It was a wonderful way to start a Thursday morning at school and a great example of team work and fun.
