The Year 6 girls have been working hard all term on their brilliant version of iconic musical Grease, the film premier of which was screened today!
The talented creative team, including Claire Kirkby, Charlie Turpin and cameraman/editor Perry Perkins with vocal assistance from Amy Jo Brown, created a stunning movie, which was great fun, and a fantastic showcase for the many acting, singing and dancing talents of our Year 6 girls. Most of the production was performed and filmed in the Spencer House playground, with one scene shot in the hall. The whole production was professionally filmed and edited, with different angles, close ups and group shots, with separately recorded vocal tracks. Mr Leyenda even made a green screen so virtual backgrounds were used for some scenes including the drive-in movie. What a memorable and joyous show to end to the summer term on a high!
