There is a ‘Wellbeing’ focus this week at Spencer House; and this will include various activities including morning fitness on Tuesday-Friday from 08:10 in the Hall; an assembly on meditation; exciting snacks to try from the catering team and an introduction to yoga. We are sure the girls will really enjoy the focus and will have a better understanding of the importance of wellbeing at the end of the week. The Year 5 girls enjoyed their yoga session today.
