The Year 6 netball A team went to Thomas’s Clapham for an U11 netball tournament on Saturday.
The girls had a fantastic tournament playing some of their best netball so far this year. They won all their pool matches with one close match against Thomas’s Clapham A. The girls then went into the semi-finals where they played against Ravenscourt Park School. It was a tight contest but the girls dug deep and pulled off another win with a score of 7-5.
The girls then met the The Roche A team in the final. With enthusiastic support for both teams the girls played some great netball but were beaten by just one goal to claim second place overall – a fantastic achievement and a great morning out. Well done team!
