Netball Y5A at Thomas’s Clapham Tournament 5 November:
Our girls did exceptionally well in this prestigious tournament in which 16 schools took part, and won their group. The Study girls won ALL their matches including against Thomas’s Battersea in the semi-final. The team was up against Falkner House in the final and lost to them, but came second overall which is a fantastic achievement! Well done for showing such grit and determination and for bringing home the silver!
The Year 6 A and B teams travelled to The Harrodian in Barnes this week at the Small School’s Netball Tournament, 15 November.
The A’s played against the hosts The Harrodian, as well as the Ursuline, Hurlingham, Surbiton High, Holy Cross and Wimbledon High School Juniors. The girls played exceptionally well, using teamwork and excellent shooting skills to do The Study proud, they lost just two matches and drew one so achieved a fantastic 2nd Place overall.
The B team played the equivalent teams from the same school but also played against Prospect House and The Hall, and due to their excellent team spirit and coordinated play, won overall. Well done girls!
