A very friendly Monkey has made an appearance in Year 1, and all the girls are excited about their new classmate! To make Monkey feel welcome, the girls have been doing lots of monkey themed work, including sculpting clay monkeys, doing monkey writing, building ladders for monkeys to climb and generally getting into the swing of things! So that Monkey does not feel too lonely, girls have also been bringing in their own soft animal toys from home to keep Monkey happy!
