Results through from Both Houses

The four parties represented by Year 3 girls at Wilberforce House  – Stop Pollution in the Oceans; Care for the Environment; Help for the Homeless and Stop Animal Cruelty – all pulled at the heart strings of the voters.  The vote went very well with a great turnout from both children and staff.  The result was close in the end, with the Help for the Homeless party winning the election result. Reeya gave a gracious acceptance speech and thanks everyone for their votes.

The Spencer House girls represented the four main political parties, with hustings taking place in assembly, where each party’s manifesto was put forward, with questions from the floor taken afterwards.  After the vote, the winning party was the Liberal Democrats, led by Anoushka B in Year 5.  Well done to all the girls who took part, and to all the voters who made their voice heard.
