The Study hosted a Resilience workshop organised by EQPrep for our Year 6 girls and pupils from local schools; very apt timing as this week is Mental Health Awareness Week. They shared their ideas of what resilience means to them. They practised resilience skills by taking part in a Black Box Challenge, and discussed in groups what makes it difficult to be resilient at home and at school, and when might resilience be tested in the future, and to have coping strategies to help overcome hurdles. It was a very useful day and it was great to share the experience with pupils from our neighbouring schools.
