The Spencer House assembly was on the theme of anxiety and tips about how to manage it.
Claudia talked about the different types of worries we tend to have – big worries and little worries and gave some good examples. She shared tips for handling the different types of worries.
The overriding message was the importance of talking to someone when you are feeling troubled. She also gave good tips on how to distract yourself when you have a little worry.
Jules showed the girls this useful video 'Brain Basics'.
