Our local postman was a bit under the weather on Tuesday. Thankfully, our Reception class were on hand to step in and finish his delivery as they walked round our local areas and met people who work near our school.
They visited the allotments, Hotel Du vin and met the Rangers on Wimbledon Common, delivering post along the way. The girls relished the opportunity to ask questions and find out about their local area and some of the jobs people do as part of their “Knock, Knock, Here I Am” topic.
