To celebrate the Olympic and Paralympic Games taking place from 23 July 2021, Spencer House held a day of interactive drama workshops exploring the Japanese fable Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes. The girls enjoyed listening to the true story that touches upon hope, courage and resilience and then focused on using parts of the story within a range of fun and thought provoking drama activities.
It was a lovely introduction to the focus on Japan over the Summer term and the girls had a wonderful time.
