We couldn’t break up before sharing some fantastic fundraising news! Restless Development is a charity that works with young people to change their lives and the lives of people in their communities. They are run out of hubs in ten countries across Africa, Asia and in the UK and USA, with a wider network of partners across the world. They have been working with young people since 1985 and their work is led by thousands of young volunteers and advocates every year. No less than 108 Study girls got involved in a Triathlon, in order to raise funds for this worthwhile cause. The girls got into teams and had great fun taking part – the fantastic news is that The Study superstars raised no less than £14,300 – an astounding amount! A portion of these funds will go to the Study’s termly charities, which are: The Polka Theatre, The Invictus Games Foundation, and First Touch. The few photos below show the enthusiasm of the girls who took part. Well done!
