Year 3 girls had a fantastic trip out to the Common this week in the warm sunshine. They explored Cannizaro Park, walked through the Common and saw the rangers and some beautiful horses, and well as paying an informative visit to The Windmill Museum, where Mr and Mrs Plastow showed the girls some wonderful models, artefacts and spoke to them about the history of the Common and the Windmill itself. Last week the girls went on to the common to learn about the Wombles and recycling, they do feel very lucky that they have such a fantastic area to explore so close to their school!
