In the week leading up to the half term break, Study girls came off timetable to experience a week full of wonder and awe, with a focus on Science. Workshops, special visitors, talks and activities, all with a scientific theme, made for a fantastic week of discovery and learning. From an Astrodome to see the planets, to a Kinetic Theatre and an exotic animal workshop, the week was filled with interest and fun. Talks and experiments – learning about light, colour, forces, and sounds – enriched the girls learning in class, and the week culminated in the Public Speaking Competition and a dress up day with a scientific theme.
