What better way to bring Medieval History to life than to have the Wilberforce Hall filled with princesses, damsels, horsemen and brave knights ready not only to do battle on the jousting field, but to sit down to an authentic Medieval banquet. Year 1 girls have been learning all about this period in history, with focussed work on princesses, castles, knights and kings. Girls came dressed up in their finest medieval clothes, did lots of dancing and singing, and there were quite a few teachers spotted looking the part, including a very brave Knight in the form of Mrs Pepper! Parents then went into the classrooms to view all the wonderful work their daughters have been doing this term.
